In addition, we will facilitate board retreats to introduce the plan and begin to build buy in and engagement. We use a Finding Your Place Model that helps to develop individual board commitments and expectations to support the plan.

Executive Coaching

We offer one-on-one executive coaching and group training sessions in the art of donor cultivation, relationship building and how to confidently make the ask. Our goal is not only to help you and your volunteers develop the necessary skills to be effective solicitors, but also to increase your comfort level with the process.

Once you’re ready to begin, we work with you to set meetings with prospective donors and develop a list of great questions that engage your donors. We work with you to develop the most comfortable and appropriate donor ask strategy that enables your donor to “lean in” and get excited about how they can impact your mission.
